How does the billing process work?

The billing process depends on the specific services and engagement model that’s right for you. We offer flexible options that can be customised to meet your business needs. This includes project-based billing for a single asset, project-based billing for a package of multiple assets, retainer agreements, or hourly rates, depending on the scope and duration of the project. Individual assets are billed at the completion of the project. Hourly work is billed bi-weekly. Packages and retainers are billed before the work kicks off.

Do you create SEO-first content and content strategies?

No. We put your target audience first. Let us explain. As experienced content strategists, we know how fast Google’s algorithm changes and how intuitive it is becoming. While businesses used to write for SEO alone, this won’t work today. Now, Google ranks content that is crafted for a human audience ranks higher in search. It’s great if it contains keywords and other elements that make it popular with search engines–as long as it isn’t written entirely for them. More importantly, reaching the smaller group of B2B buyers with a need for your product or service is more important than reaching the masses.
