Hannah Miet

Hannah Miet is an award-winning Forrester-certified B2B content and brand marketer based in Los Angeles. After launching the L.A. bureau of the real estate publication The Real Deal as its founding editor, she pivoted to content marketing, directing thought leadership content for the U.S. at JLL, where she helped launch their thought leadership platform, Trends & Insights. She founded Hannah Miet Consulting in 2022 to serve a broader range of companies with thought leadership-focused content marketing services. Making her clients sigh with relief is her happy place.

Hannah earned her Master's degree in journalism from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism. She has received feature writing awards for her work in Newsweek and The Los Angeles Business Journal, including one from the Los Angeles Press Club. GlobeSt. named her a 2024 Woman of Influence in Marketing and Communications.

Yana partners with Hannah on client projects where her design skills enhance our thought leadership and brand offerings. Yana’s secret sauce is connecting creative design solutions with a marketing point of view. Yana began her journey in the marketing industry after a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. Working for a design studio revealed her interest in visuals and data visualization. She then turned her professional focus to web and graphic design, receiving her skill certification. Yana has participated in various design teams creating materials for the World Design Capital competition, book festivals, art exhibitions, and creative clusters. Recently, she’s focused on brand identity and UI/UX design.

Sam partners with Hannah on client projects that involve the media. Sam Garcia has two decades of experience launching finance publications that rank at the top of search results. His most recent is Home Equity Lending News. In 1998, he founded Mortgage Daily, the mortgage industry’s first-ever online-only news publication. He served as publisher until Mortgage Daily’s sale in 2021. Before his media career, Sam was in the mortgage business itself. He closed his first home equity loan as an originator a year after high school. He attended the University of North Texas and the University of Cincinnati.
